The twilight book series has been banned from many schools. The reason for most of the schools is because of the talk about race, and religion, and the sexual content. I have read all of the books, to say that race was that big of a deal in the book. The books more point out how the people look not on 'oh yeah idians look like this....and anyone with pale skin, is obviously a vampire. Yeah right!! I personaly can not see how this book is contradicting to religion. Its a book for heaven sakes! People really need to see that fact. Even some parents are trying to restrict their kids from reading the book. Granted the books have SOME sexual content, it really isnt that big of a deal.
